Mr. Shushanta Dutta is an accomplished finance, accounts, audit, taxation, and commercial management professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate taxation, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and business administration. He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management from Government Commerce College, Chattogram, under the National University, Bangladesh, and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management from Feni Government College. His academic qualifications have equipped him with a strong foundation in business management, financial administration, and organizational leadership.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in the preparation and analysis of monthly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, cash flow management, corporate and individual taxation, and financial reporting. He possesses sound knowledge of accounting systems, statutory compliance, tax planning, income tax return preparation, VAT-related matters, and coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
